Craig Paschke
Craig has resided in the city of Santa Rosa California for 45 years. He has extensive market knowledge of the surrounding areas of Sonoma, Solano, Marin, and Napa Counties. He has performed valuation services in conforming residential and complex rural estate and horse property as well as the one-of-a-kind type properties.
Craig is a certified residential appraiser and received his appraisal training from World Savings and Wachovia Bank. Craig uses in-depth valuation techniques and proprietary evaluation tools to provide clear and comprehensive market data and reports with fast turn-around times. He has appraised during all market conditions, and has experience with REO, FHA, and income producing properties.
Craig completed his Bachelors of Arts at Sonoma State University in the study of Finance and Accounting. He also holds an AA, AS and certificate in electronic technology from Santa Rosa Junior College. Craig loves his morning coffee time with his wife Wendy, camping, boating, running and time spent with friends and family.
