Return / Cancelation Policy
SCP Appraisal Service offers no Return Policy. A 50% cancelation fee will apply once property inspection has been completed. Appraisal requests that are canceled 48 hours prior to the day of inspection will not be charged. There will be a $100.00 cancelation fee if cancelation is made within 24 hours of inspection.
Method of Delivery
All appraisal reports are sent via email in a PDF format unless prior arrangements have been made at time of ordering. Typical delivery times are 24 hours after property inspection, however in some cases depending on complexity of assignment, delivery times may be longer.

Please Note:
Due to the Confidentiality requirements set by USPAP (see "The Appraisal Corner" link on this site or go to http://commerce.appraisalfoundation.org/html/uspap2008/index.htm) copies of the appraisal report are not given to the borrower by the appraisal company, however, the borrower can receive a copy of the appraisal report if the lender or mortgage broker gives the appraiser permission to do so. In most cases, a written request signed by the lender or mortgage broker will satisfy this requirement.
